Online Deposit Information: Our online booking system requires a full deposit at the time of booking and one payment method must satisfy the entire amount due. We are unable to accept multiple payment methods for a deposit - therefore, you must either put the full amount on a credit card, gift certificate, or pay with a series purchased from us. Your payment method is charged at the time of booking, not at checkout of your appointment date. Due to high processing fees, ALL REQUESTED REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED LESS A 6% FEE. COVID-19 INFORMATION
All individuals (guests and staff) who are fully vaccinated don’t have to wear a mask inside the spa. We ask that if you are not fully vaccinated that you please wear a mask while at the spa.
If you are vaccinated, but still feel more comfortable wearing a mask - please wear a mask!
We will no longer take temperatures or ask screening questions for COVID, but we ask that you still wash your hands or use hand sanitizer upon arriving.
We will still be disinfecting surfaces and highly trafficked areas regularly and making sure the spa is a safe and healthy environment to find rest and relaxation.
Your comfort and safety are our top priority. If you would feel more comfortable with your staff member wearing a mask, or want to receive your service in a private room with a masked staff member, please get in touch with us so we can prepare special accommodations for your appointment.
Before & During your Visit to the Spa
When you arrive at the spa, please come inside if the door is open. If our receptionist isn’t in the office, please wait outside the spa in the hallway where we have plenty of seating at safe social distances. A staff member will call you when they are ready for you to come into the spa. Please practice social distancing while in and around the spa.
Before entering the spa, please cover your shoes or bring a pair of dedicated inside shoes/slippers (not street shoes) to wear during your visit.
When you enter through the lobby, we'll ask that you wash your hands or use hand sanitizer. Upon entering the spa, you will be taken right to your service station or treatment room.
We will not be offering our self serve complimentary beverages or operating the café at this time. Please bring a refreshment with you.
Important Checkout, Payment, and Rebooking Information
In an attempt to keep our checkout process as low-contact as possible, we are requiring a 100% deposit on all appointments scheduled online.
