Our Yoga Studio has a limited number of spare yoga mats. 

Please make sure to bring your own yoga mat to insure you have one during your practice in our studio.

FRIDAY 10-11 AM 

GENTLE-FLOW STYLE | INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED | $10* | INSTRUCTOR: LORENE WOLF

Join this yoga class for potent alignment-oriented practice that emphasizes the forms and actions within yoga postures. Traditional asanas are held in accurate alignment. Emphasis is placed on core strength, flexibility, and balance as well as concentration and controlling the breath. This class is based on physical postures (asanas), deep breathing, mindfulness, and listening to the body. This class is perfect for beginner and experienced practitioners alike; you’re always encouraged to work within your limits to gain the most benefits. 





M I N D F U L M O V E M E N T

QI GONG

WEDNESDAYS @ 11 AM - 12:15 PM | $15 | INSTRUCTOR: SHANNA SZUCH

Qi Gong is a system of coordinated body posture and mindful movement, breathing, and meditation used for the purposes of health, spirituality, and martial arts. Shanna has used these modalities to help cope through chronic illness. She truly believes by adding these practices to your daily regimen and current care, there can be magnificent benefits. She believes deeply in the mind, body connection and believes everyone, regardless of age, can benefit from this practice.

STILL KICKIN’

TUESDAYS @ 11AM-12PM | $5 | INSTRUCTOR: PHYLLIS MANSER

Still Kickin' is back!

These chair exercises plus standing moves will get you in shape without the strain of getting up and down off of the floor. The class will have mild aerobic effects while stretching, toning and strengthening all parts of your body. Accessories such as hand weights, resistance rings, sticks and kettlebells will help with core training, balance and range-of-motion. For men and women of all ages, this class will have you moving to some lively music. Still only $5/class, you can book online or call/text Phyllis at 610-390-0590.
